What if my energy supplier increases or decreases my tariff rate?

If you notice your tariff rate has changed, please send us a copy of your statement or letter confirming your new tariff information so we can update your details.

This process is essential in ensuring we're paying your energy account the accurate amount it costs to charge your electric vehicle at home.

If you have informed us of the change but haven't sent us your updated tariff information, we may pause payments to your account until we are sure we are paying the right amount owed.

Don't worry though, any amounts owed as a result of a tariff increase will be backdated to the date of increase.
