What happens when I change energy supplier?

If you are moving to a different energy supplier you must send us a copy of your new statement or account / tariff information on your welcome pack.

This process is essential in ensuring we're paying the correct energy supplier the accurate amount it costs to charge your electric vehicle at home.

If you have informed us of the move but haven't sent us your new account details, we may pause payments to your account, until we are sure we are paying the right energy supplier.
