What do you need from me when I sign up?

Once you've signed up to the Mina solution, we'll send you a simple onboarding form, which requires you to fill out some information about yourself, your vehicle and your charge point.

At this stage, we also ask you to upload a PDF of your most recent energy bill (This is how we know what you pay per kWh for energy and shows us who we need to pay.) We will need your account number, tariff name and some information about your tariff so if you could ensure this is included it would really help us!

After accepting our terms, you're all set. The driver terms ask for permission to take data from your charge point, and make payments to your energy supplier.
