We ask for your charge point serial number when we onboard you onto the Mina platform. This is to make sure we can get your data accurately from your charge point, so we properly credit your energy supplier for the exact cost to charge your company car or van.
On most models the charge point serial number is on the side of, or underneath the unit itself.
There are some charge points which are a little different:
Easee charge points:
If your charger looks like this, you have an Easee charger:
We'll need your serial number and PIN code to get accurate charging data. The easiest way to do this is via the Easee app.
Open the app, then go to Charge settings > About and you should see a page like this, with the serial number and PIN code visible:
MyEnergy Zappi charge points:
If your charge point looks like this, you have a MyEnergi Zappi:
We'll need two serial numbers if you have a Zappi installed.
The one on the Zappi charge point itself (the unit on the wall outside your house), and also the on the bottom of your Hub (your hub will be indoors, usually close to your Wifi router).

In both cases, the serial number is usually on the bottom of the unit.
