To get you onboarded as a driver we'll send you a text, with a link to a simple onboarding form, which requires you to fill out some simple information about yourself, your vehicle and your charge point.
We also ask you to upload a PDF or photograph of your most recent energy bill (This is how we know what you pay per kWh for energy and shows us who we need to pay.)
We really need to see your tariff rate, your account number and something called your "MPAN", which is a unique number that helps us to identify your home meter and tariff information.

Because a lot of this information can be in different places across your bill, we recommend uploading a PDF or a photo of your whole bill, so you don't have to track the information down yourself.
After accepting our terms, you're all set. Accepting the terms makes sure we have permission to take data from your charge point, and make payments to your energy supplier.
