We'll send you an SMS every month when we credit your electricity account with the costs to charge your company vehicle. Usually this happens between the 15th and the 25th of the month, depending on when your employer pays their invoice.
In this SMS, we'll let you know exactly how much we've credited. Alternatively, you can see all your charge history in the driver app.
If you think you should have been credited but haven't, or if you have any other questions about being credited for energy costs, contact a member of our support team at email@example.com and we will help you get to the bottom of the issue.
If you have recently changed energy supplier or tariffs without telling us, this will delay us crediting your account. please contact our support team using the above email as soon as you start the switch process.
