If you decide to change energy supplier, that's no problem.
It's important that you get in touch with us as soon as you switch, so that we don't credit your old account.
All we need is for you send us a PDF of your new energy bill so that we can update your account. We will notify you once your switch has been updated on our system and then future credits will be redirected to your new energy provider.
