Once you are ready to join the Mina solution, we'll be in touch to get some simple details about your drivers in order to begin onboarding.
We've made our onboarding process super simple, so you can put your feet up, whilst we set your fleet up!
After receiving a welcome email all about who Mina is and what we do, drivers will be invited to fill out a personalised onboarding form via email, which asks them some basic questions about their vehicle and charge point and will also require them to upload a PDF or image of their most recent utility bill.
Once onboarded, we will notify the drivers of this via email and the next time they will hear from us is when we next credit their energy account.
We know that transitioning to EV can be a daunting process for some, therefore we are always on hand to support drivers as much as we can. For fleet managers, we'll keep you in the loop with which drivers are onboarded and which ones may need a little nudge.
