We'll send you an SMS every month when we credit your electricity account with the costs to charge your company vehicle. Usually this happens between the 15th and the 25th of the month, depending on when your employer pays their invoice.
If you think you should have been credited but haven't, or if you have any other questions about being credited for energy costs, contact a member of our support team at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will help you get to the bottom of the issue.
If you have recently changed energy supplier or tariffs without telling us, this will delay us crediting your account. please contact our support team using the above email as soon as you start the switch process.
