Alternatively, you could use Zap-Map www.zap-map.com to search for charge points near you. You can filter by network and save your filters so they stay the same each time you use the map.
If you are at an eligible charger, please ensure you are tapping the Mina card on the RFID reader, not the contactless card reader.
